Introduction

Welcome to GilgitApp! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using GilgitApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

GilgitApp is a platform connecting sellers and buyers. We provide the infrastructure and technology to facilitate transactions but are not a party to any transaction between users.

Definitions

• "Service" refers to the GilgitApp website, mobile applications, and related services.
• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Seller" means a User who offers products or services for sale on the platform.
• "Buyer" means a User who purchases products or services through the platform.
• "Content" includes text, images, audio, video, and all other forms of data or communication.
• "User Content" means Content that users submit or transmit to the Service.

Your Account

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your credentials.

Listing & Selling

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. All products and services offered must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, hazardous materials, and items that infringe intellectual property rights.

Sellers must accurately describe their products, including any defects or limitations. Pricing must be clear and not misleading. Service fees and shipping costs should be transparent to buyers.

GilgitApp reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

Payments

GilgitApp uses secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By using our platform, you agree to the terms of service of these payment processors. We do not store your payment information directly.

Sellers will receive payment according to the payout schedule established in their account settings, minus applicable platform fees. Buyers agree to pay the full amount for items purchased, including product price, shipping, taxes, and any other applicable fees.

Disputes related to payments should be addressed through our resolution center before contacting your financial institution.

Returns & Refunds

Each seller may set their own return and refund policy, which must be clearly communicated in their listings. Sellers are required to honor their stated policies.

If an item arrives damaged, is not as described, or never arrives, buyers may be eligible for protection under our Buyer Protection Program. Claims must be filed within the timeframe specified in the program terms.

GilgitApp reserves the right to mediate disputes between buyers and sellers and to make the final decision regarding refunds or returns in accordance with our policies.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GilgitApp and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant GilgitApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize GilgitApp to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to any User Content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GilgitApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

GilgitApp is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Service. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed or sold through our platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to GilgitApp in the last six months, or fifty dollars ($50) if you have not made any payments to GilgitApp.

Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We take appropriate measures to secure your data but cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and gather information about our visitors. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Termination

GilgitApp may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
